• Lead and oversee the front-end development team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability
• Architect and develop UI components using JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as ReactJS.
  
• Work closely with team members to establish and achieve sprint goals and project milestones.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical support to team members, boosting their professional growth.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality assurance practices.

• 5+ years of experience working as a front-end developer
• Previous experience as a team lead or demonstrated leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Have extensive experience working with JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as ReactJS
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet project deadlines
• A passion for staying updated on the latest advancements and emerging trends in front-end development
